Instructions

  1. Heat small fry pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sausage, cook 5 to 8 minutes or until browned.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Combine sausage and remaining ingredients in slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours or until peas are tender.
  6. Turn off heat.
  7. Remove and discard bay leaf.
  8. Cover and let stand 15 minutes to thicken.
