Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Trim fat from pork chops.
  3. Slash the sides with a knife, in two or three places.
  4. Brown the chops in oil.
  5. Place the chops in a single layer in a large cooking dish.
  6. Blend all remaining ingredients together and pour over the pork chops.
  7. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 1 hour in a 350°F oven.
