Instructions

  1. Brown chops.
  2. Reduce heat & cover.
  3. Cook for 15 Minutes.
  4. Remove to platter.
  5. Pour off excess fat.
  6. Add butter & oil.
  7. Saute onion and garlic 2- 3 minutes
  8. Add flour cook a minute or two.
  9. Add milk, cook and stir till thickened.
  10. Add herbs, nutmeg, salt & pepper.
  11. Pour over pork chops.
