Instructions

  1. Cook shells per directions.
  2. Remove yolks from hard boiled eggs.
  3. Mash egg yolks with buttermilk, mayo, sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. This makes the dressing.
  5. Drain shells and rinse with cold water.
  6. Add onion, celery, tuna fish, green and red pepper to shells.
  7. Dice egg whites and add to shells.
  8. Pour dressing over shells.
  9. Add paprika and parsley.
  10. Toss.
