Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and icing sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add flour and salt and mix well.
  4. Add Amaretto and mix well.
  5. Roll dough into small balls, less than an inch.
  6. Place onto a parchment-lined sheet or a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 8 to 12 minutes.
  7. Cool on a rack and roll in additional icing sugar.
