Instructions

  1. In bowl combine the beef, egg white, onion, crumbs, milk, horseradish, salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into four oval patties.
  3. Fry in a skillet over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through, turning once.
  4. Remove patties and keep warm.
  5. Add gravy, mushrooms and water to skillet, heat for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Serve over patties and noodles if desired.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
