Instructions

  1. Mix beef, bread crumbs and egg thoroughly.
  2. In medium baking pan shape firmly into 8- by 4-inch loaf.
  3. Bake at 350°F.
  4. for 30 minutes.
  5. Spread 1/2 can soup over top of meat loaf.
  6. Bake 30 minutes more or until meat loaf is no longer pink.
  7. In small saucepan mix 2 tablespoons drippings, remaining soup and water.
  8. Heat through.
  9. Serve with meat loaf.
