Instructions

  1. Separate & wash bok choy, trim bottom of stalks & pat dry.
  2. Chop bok choy into desired width, set aside.
  3. In frying pan heat olive oil & minced garlic on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add bok choy, toss to coat & cook approximately 10 minutes, tossing bok choy every minute or so.
