1/4 cup fresh blueberries or 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries or 1/4 cup frozen strawberries

3/4 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk or 3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup grape juice or 1/2 cup cranberry juice, chilled

1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt or 1/2 cup pineapple sherbet

1 banana, peeled and cut up
Instructions
- In a blender container combine banana, berries, soy milk, juice, and yogurt.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses.
