Instructions

  1. Mix together crackers, butter and sugar.
  2. Press in a 13x9-inch baking dish. (Save a little bit of the crumbs for top).
  3. Refrigerate this while making rest of recipe so it becomes firm.
  4. Fold the rest of ingredients together.
  5. Spread over crumbs in dish.
  6. Top with remaining crumbs.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
