Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package directions.
  2. Drain and rinse in cold water.
  3. Place mashed potatoes in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Cover and microwave on high for 2-4 minutes, stirring once.
  5. Add the minced onion, onion powder and garlic powder.
  6. Stir in 1 cup of the cheese until blended.
  7. Stuff into shells.
  8. Place in ungreased 13-inch by 9-inch by 2-inch baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle with green onions and remaining cheese.
  10. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  11. Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer or until heated through.
