Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Shape into 6 patties.
  3. Pan-fry, broil, or grill until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Serve in hamburger buns with desired toppings.
  5. My fave toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, and fat-free/light mayo.
