Instructions

  1. Carefully saute pork & onions in the oil until browned.
  2. Add the broth, salt, pepper & ginger, & stir to combine.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover & simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Add fruits & simmer, covered 20 minutes longer, or until pork is fork-tender.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the rotini according to the directions on the box.
  6. Serve the pork & fruit over hot pasta.
