Instructions

  1. In a skillet, over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the chicken breasts & cook 10 minutes, browning the meat on both sides.
  2. Spoon off any fat.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the soup, water & pepper & pour this soup mixture into the skillet with the breasts.
  4. Heat to boiling, then add the broccoli & reduce the heat to low.
  5. Cover & simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender & the broccoli is done.
