Instructions

  1. Combine margarine, peanut butter, sugars and egg.
  2. Then add flour and beat until crumbly.
  3. Reserve one cup of the crumbs.
  4. Press remaining crumbs into an 8" square glass dish.
  5. Place on inverted plate in microwave.
  6. Cook at medium 6 1/2 minutes or until base looks dry.
  7. Spread jam to base within 1/2" of edge.
  8. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
  9. Cook on medium 6-7 minutes.
  10. Cool.
  11. Makes 16 bars.
