Instructions

  1. Place the butter in a food processor bowl and run until smooth.
  2. Add the cheese and wine.
  3. Pulse until blended.
  4. Place on a small piece of wax paper or parchment.
  5. Roll into a 1-inch cylinder.
  6. Refrigerate.
  7. Grill the steaks to the desired temperature.
  8. Top each steak with a few 1/4-inch slices of the butter.
  9. Serve warm.
