Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet, add onions ginger& salt.
  2. Stir fry over medium heat 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add 1 cup water and cauliflower, cover and steam 2 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli and continue steaming 2 minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice just before serving.
  6. Sprinkle with the lemon zest& serve immediately.
