Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Grease and light flour cookie sheets.
  3. Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl.
  4. Stir in egg whites and almond extract until blended.
  5. Spoon mixture into balls and place on cookie sheets.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until edges of the cookies are golden brown.
  7. Remove immediately from cookie sheet and cool completely on wire rack.
