  1. Dice the vegetables.
  2. Brown the ground beef.

  4. Add onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic.
  5. Cook until wilted.
  6. Add the diced cabbage.
  7. Add tomatoes juice and all.
  8. Add Worcestershire sauce.
  9. Add pepper.
  10. Add 2 cups water.
  11. add boullion cubes
  12. Add drained beans.
  13. Cook 30 minutes.
