Instructions

  1. Cook turkey in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
  2. Drain off any fat.
  3. Add oil to skillet and heat until sizzling.
  4. Stir in scallions, garlic, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, oregano and thyme.
  5. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
  6. Gently stir in hot or medium chunky salsa and mango.
  7. Cover and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes more.
  8. Serve over brown rice.
