Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon; set aside.
  2. Combine eggs, butter, apple butter, and milk; beat well.
  3. Stir in pecans and raisins.
  4. Add flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  5. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 9- x 5- x 3-inch loafpan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F.
  7. for 65 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to wire rack and cool completely.
