Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions; drain then place back in the pot.
  2. Add in 2 tablespoons butter to the noodles to prevent sticking; set aside.
  3. Heat 1/2 cup butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add in onion, sugar and crushed chili flakes, cook stirring until just lightly browned (about 8-10 minutes).
  4. Add in shredded cabbage; cook stirring until tender or to desired doneness.
  5. Add in the cooked noodles with Parmesan cheese; toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Delicious!
