Instructions

  1. Put all vegetables in crock pot.
  2. Lightly brown ground beef and spoon over the vegetables.
  3. Combine the tomato soup, V-8 juice and water. Add the seasonings, and pour over the vegetables and meat.
  4. Cover crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours, or on high 2-4 hours.
  5. Serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Enjoy!
