Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Whisk together flour & 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
  3. Cut butter into flour mixture until mixture looks like cornmeal.
  4. Pat into 9" square pan & bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Combine granulated sugar, kiwifruit, eggs, lime juice, lime zest & baking powder.
  6. Pout over baked crust, & return to oven.
  7. Bake an additional 25 minutes.
  8. Cool & sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar.
  9. Cut into 16 squares & serve.
