Instructions

  1. Peel apples, core, cut into 1/2-inch dice and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add apples, sprinkle with sugar and saute until tender, about 6 minutes.
  4. Stir in raisins.
  5. Add liqueur and cook until liquid reduces to glaze, about 1 minute.
  6. Divide between 2 dessert dishes.
  7. Garnish with almonds and whipped cream. Serve immediately.
