Instructions

  1. In large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high.
  2. Add onion and cook about 3 minutes until tender.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients EXCEPT rice.
  4. Bring to a boil then stir in rice.
  5. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
