Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Cream butter and sugar together.
  3. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  4. Add extract and blend well.
  5. Stir in flour, baking powder, ground almonds and cherries.
  6. Pour into 2 greased mini loaf pans.
  7. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
