Instructions

  1. Combine jelly crystals and boiling water.
  2. Stir till crystals have dissolved.
  3. Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes till chilled.
  5. Add yoghurt to jelly and whisk till smooth.
  6. Place in serving dishes.
  7. Place in fridge for 3-4 hours.
  8. Serve with fruit.
