Instructions

  1. Cook the leg of lamb in a slow oven for 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together.
  3. Pour this mix over the lamb, and cover with a lid or foil.
  4. Cook for a further 1 1/2 hours in a slow oven.
  5. Slice the meat thickly and serve with the sauce-it may need to be reduced a little before using.
