Instructions

  1. Remove stems from mushroom caps and chop.
  2. Cook in 1 tablespoons butter until liquid is evaporated.
  3. Combine cooked stems with remaining ingredients except olive oil. Add 2 tablespoons of oil. If needed, add remaining olive oil.
  4. Dip cap in melted butter and stuff with Parmesan mixture.
  5. Arrange in a baking dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated 350º oven.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
