Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet, sprayed with cooking spray, on medium heat.
  4. For each tuna cake, shape 1/2 cup lightly packed tuna mixture into a patty.
  5. Add patties to the skillet in batches.
  6. Cook for three minutes on each side until golden brown on both sides, turning carefully.
