Instructions

  1. In bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and the 2TBS cocoa.
  2. Stir in milk and oil until smooth.
  3. Pour into a greased 8in square baking pan.
  4. Combine brown sugar and the 1/4 cup cocoa.
  5. Sprinkle over batter.
  6. Pour hot water over the top (do not stir).
  7. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
