Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Saute onion and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes, until onion is tender.
  2. Blend in tomatoes, wine and chilli and season to taste. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in prawns, scallops and spring onions, simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until prawns change colour and are tender.
  4. Season to taste.
