Instructions

  1. Combine butter, sugar, and mustard in 9X5X3 inch baking dish. Place in a 400 degree oven until butter melts. Blend; top with pineapple. Return to oven.
  2. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients except ham in saucepan. Bring to a boil, Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Top pineapple with ham. Spread with rice mixture.
  4. Cover; bake 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes; invert onto serving dish.
