Instructions

  1. Place beans in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
  2. Arrange chops over beans.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Lightly spread chops with mustard.
  5. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  6. Spread with catsup.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 325 F for 1 1/4 hours.
  8. Place onion and lemon slices on each chop.
  9. Bake 15 minutes.
  10. Trim with parsley if desired.
