Instructions

  1. Toss chicken pieces with flour, italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 2 T butter in large skillet.
  3. Add chicken and stir-fry to a golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and keep warm.
  5. To skillet add half and half, peas and tomato.
  6. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  7. Add parmesan cheese.
  8. Add 1 T butter.
  9. Return chicken to skillet.
  10. Toss with pasta.
