Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat butter until creamy.
  4. Beat in flour, sugar, and salt until well mixed.
  5. With floured fingers, press 1 1/4 cup crumb mixture onto bottom of prepared pan; reserving remaining crumb mixture.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  7. Combine 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels and sweetened condensed milk in a small heavy duty saucepan.
  8. Melt over low heat until smooth.
  9. Spread over hot crust.
  10. Stir nuts into reserved crumb mixture; sprinkle evenly over chocolate filling.
  11. Drop teaspoonfuls of raspberry jam over crumb mixture.
  12. Sprinkle with remaining semi-sweet chocolate morsels.
  13. Continue baking for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set.
  14. Cool completely on wire rack.
