Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, pepper, horseradish, salt, milk, catsup and mustard.
  2. Stir in eggs and mix well.
  3. Place into a loaf pan.
  4. Top with catsup, spreading evenly.
  5. Bake at 400°F for about 45 minutes.
  6. Cool slightly before cutting.
