Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Chop 3 slices bacon.
  3. In ovenproof pot over medium-high heat, cook chopped bacon, onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, until softened, 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in beans, preserves, vinegar and mustard.
  6. Cut remaining bacon slices in half; arrange over baked beans.
  7. Bake 1 hour or until bacon is crisp.
