Instructions

  1. In medium skillet, cook onion and pepper in butter until tender; do not brown.
  2. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and the seasonings.
  3. Simmer on low 10 minutes.
  4. In 10 inch skillet, bring cider to a boil; add sausage, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Prepare macaroni according to directions.
  6. Drain and arrange on warm platter.
  7. Top with sauce and sausage.
