Instructions

  1. Combine ground peppers and their juices with sugar and vinegar in 4 qt.
  2. casserole.
  3. Cover.
  4. Microwave on High 12 minutes, stirring once.
  5. Mixture must boil.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Add pectin and food coloring.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Pour into hot sterilized jars, seal with lids and store in refrigerator.
  10. Pour jelly over cream cheese and serve with crackers.
