Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the chicken.
  2. Cut 2 slits in each chicken breast to form 2 pockets.
  3. Lift the flap of each pocket and fill with some of the yogurt mixture.
  4. Arrange breasts in a baking dish.
  5. spoon remaining yogurt mixture over chicken.
  6. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  7. Bake chicken 35 minutes, or until crisp and browned.
