Instructions

  1. In dutch oven, heat oil, add onion and garlic, cook 1 minute.
  2. Add ground beef, cook and stir 8 minutes.
  3. Add next 7 ingredients, mix well.
  4. Bring to a boil, boil for 3 minutes.
  5. Add pasta, heat through.
  6. Stir in 1 cup cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, cover and cook until cheese melts.
