- Fill a hurricane or sour glass with ice and add rum, Midori, pineapple and orange juice.
- Mix with a cocktail stirrer and garnish with orange slice and cherry.
This is my version of a VERY popular specialty drink I made at two different places in New Orleans. Both drinks were made in restaurants on Decatur St. This is my version. Very refreshing, and not as sweet as it sounds.
