Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8" square baking pan, or 6 muffin cups, with non-stick spray.
  2. Combine wet ingredients and add dry ingredients. Spread in prepared baking pan, or spoon into prepared muffin cups.
  3. Bake square pan for 35-45 minutes, or muffin cups for 25-30 minutes. Keeps well in refrigerator or freezer. Good cold or warm.
