Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler.
  2. Stir flour into chocolate.
  3. Add milk a little at a time and blend well.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until very thick.
  5. It should have the texture and consistency of thick pudding.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. In a large bowl, beat sugar, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  8. Gradually add cooled chocolate mixture and beat until icing is the consistency of whipped cream.
