Instructions

  1. Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add eggs.
  3. Sift dry ingredients together.
  4. Add to creamed.
  5. Chill 3 to 4 hours.
  6. I always leave over night and it is a lot easier to roll.
  7. On well floured surface roll 1/4-inch thick (I roll mine a little bit thicker-it makes nice puffy cookies).
  8. Use flour for rolling pin and cutters.
  9. Cut to desired shapes.
  10. Bake at 375° for 6-8 minutes depending on thickness of cookies.
