Instructions

  1. Spray chicken with oil and coat with chili powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Pan fry chicken over medium-high heat until done.
  3. Cut chicken into strips and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in skillet. Add onion, garlic, cinnamon and cumin and cook until onion is soft.
  5. Add tomatoes, simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
  6. Add cocoa, simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
  7. Add chicken, simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Serve over rice with garnishes.
