Instructions

  1. Heat broth to near boiling in a medium pot.
  2. Divide the avocado slices between bowls.
  3. Place 2-3 lemon slices over the avocados.
  4. Pour heated broth into the bowls.
  5. Add 1 tbsp sherry to each bowl.
  6. Sprinkle parsley over the broth in each bowl.
