Instructions

  1. Mix the 1st 3 ingredients together and bake for 8 minutes in a 9x13 baking pan at 325 degrees.
  2. Cool.
  3. Beat together the cream cheese, sour cream and sugar.
  4. Fold in the cool-whip.
  5. Spread over the cooled crust.
  6. Top w/cherry or blueberry pie filling.
  7. Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
